First Chat GPT-4 is Multimodal meaning that can accept both text inputs as well as image inputs before 3.5 could only accept text, so this is a big jump in functionality. It’s also a lot less likely to respond to offensive commands and in terms of steerability GPT-4 is also a lot better.
